Shipping Policy Delivery
Deliveries under this agreement are made only to countries where Animal Deli has distribution agreements. Unless otherwise specified in the offer or product information, delivery is made within 4 to 12 working days. The delivery period begins the day after the contract is concluded, except in the case of advance payment: in this case, the period begins the day after payment for the goods is received. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or an official holiday in the delivery country, the period is automatically extended to the next working day. If any of the ordered products are out of stock, Animal Deli has the right to make partial deliveries at its own expense, provided this is acceptable to the customer.
If Animal Deli is unable to deliver the ordered product because it has not received delivery from its own suppliers, without fault on the part of Animal Deli, Animal Deli may withdraw from the contract. In such cases, Animal Deli must promptly inform the customer and propose a comparable product. If a comparable product is not available, or if the customer does not wish to receive the product, Animal Deli will promptly refund any payments made by the customer.
If ordered products are damaged during delivery, we ask the customer to contact Animal Deli's customer service without delay. Animal Deli will then have the opportunity to lodge a claim with the carrier or the transport insurance company. The customer's failure to report transport damage does not affect their statutory warranty rights.
To fulfill customer orders, Animal Deli must provide the customer's email address and, if available, a phone number to the delivery company authorized to deliver the goods. This is part of the agreement with Animal Deli. The customer does not have the right to object. For more information, see our privacy policy.
